Okolo Henrietta serves as the Acting Managing Director at GABS Cooperative, where she drives growth with a clear vision centered on people and purpose. Her journey in marketing and finance began at FCMB, and she later joined UK Dion Investment Company, where she managed client portfolios and gained valuable experience in loan structuring.
At GABS Cooperative, Henrietta has risen through the ranks, starting as Team Lead, then Head of Marketing, progressing to Group Head of Marketing, then Chief Marketing Officer, and now stepping into her role as Acting Managing Director. Henrietta is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and holds the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
David Nwokeukwu began his career as a Customer Service Representative before joining LAPO MFB in 2015. At LAPO MFB, David advanced through several roles, starting as a Data Entry Officer and progressing to positions such as Customer Service Representative, Management Information System Officer, Loan Monitoring Officer, and Assistant Branch Accountant.
David holds a BSc in Accounting and is an internationally recognized risk management expert. He is an International Member of the International Certified Risk Management Professional (ICRMP), UK, and a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN), where he holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and is a Microfinance Certified Professional (MCP).
Oluwatosin Ogunleye is a highly accomplished and skilled banker with over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the financial sector. She began honing her expertise in 2014 at Fidelity Bank PLC, a foundational period that shaped her professional capabilities. Oluwatosin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Abuja, providing her with a unique perspective on customer behaviour and market dynamics.
Oluwatosin is certified in Customer Relationship Management and became a Certified Operations Manager in 2024. Additionally, she holds a Microfinance Certification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (MCIB).
Igomu Immanuel is a Cyber Security graduate from Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State. He is a strategic IT executive with strong expertise in cybersecurity, digital innovation, GRC, networking, and social media strategy.
He previously served at the Defence Space Administration as a Cyber Security Analyst, followed by Voice of Nigeria, before bringing his hands-on experience to drive technology solutions and digital engagement at GABS Cooperative / GABS Financial Services. Immanuel combines technical leadership with creative skills in graphic design and broadcasting to support secure, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
He holds certifications including Cisco, ISC2 Certified Cybersecurity (CC), Deloitte (Technology Consulting), PwC (Cybersecurity), United Nations (Cyber Diplomacy), and Google (Digital Marketing).
Abu Muritala is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in client support and risk management. With a career spanning over a decade in the financial sector, he has developed expertise through various roles at LAPO Microfinance Bank and Access Bank PLC. Abu began his journey at Access Bank in 2011 and further moved to LAPO Microfinance Bank.
He further advanced Abu holds certifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB), which he earned in March 2025, and the Microfinance Association (UK) as an Associate, obtained in June 2021.
